Going for a walk? Remember your therapy exercises.

Remember the exercises you learned in the therapy gym? A walk on the trail or through the neighborhood is a good time to put them to use. Engage your core. Relax and pull your shoulders back. Pay attention to your gait. The more you practice your exercises, the more your body responds, so combine your evening stroll with a therapy workout.
